A subsidiary of BIG SHOPPING CENTERS LTD
has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in Summit Woods Crossing, a power strip Shopping Center (approx. 73,000 Sq. M) in Lees Crossing, Missouri, USA, a suburb of Kansas City, for $ 38 million from a subsidiary of Red Development, who will maintain leasing and management of the center.
MEDI POWER (OVERSEAS) PUBLIC CO. LTD
has signed an agreement to acquire two income producing properties in Massachusetts, USA for approximately $ 14 million.
