jointly acquired from BANK LEUMI LE-ISRAEL B.M its main branch banking office in Tel Aviv, Israel for $ 78 million. Bank Leumi will lease it back for three years while it searches for a relocation for the branch. The new owners intend to demolish the building and construct a high rise combination office and residential tower on the site (Globs).
SELA CAPITAL REAL ESTATE LTD
has acquired 11,500M2 office space in Ramat Gan, Israel from for $ 78 million. The space in the Aviv tower is currently the headquarters offices of MIZRACHI TEFAHOT bank, who like all major Israeli banks are being incented to relocate outside of the Tell Aviv area (Globs).
