are jointly buying an office building in NY USA, for $200 million.

is buying a 50% stake in a 28,000M2 combo project (retail & offices) in Rehovot Israel, form PRASHKOVSKY INVESTMENTS AND CONSTRACTION LTD.
MEGUREIT ISRAEL LTD
is buying 34 apartments in the MIDTOWN project, currently under construction, in Tel Aviv, Israel.
KLEIN INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED
has agreed to acquire a building in the NYC suburb of Wayne, New Jersey for $29 million.
SPENCER EQUITY GROUP LIMITED
has spent approx. $68 million on a 1,154 M2 lot acquisition in Brooklyn, New York.
THE LESER GROUP LTD
is acquiring a building in The Bronx NY, USA for $ 34 Million.
